What is Insomnia
There are many reasons people suffer with insomnia and it can be extremely distressing for the person suffering with it. Stress, worry, anxiety, and pain are common causes of insomnia, and after a period of time it is common for a person to worry at bedtime that they may have trouble falling asleep.
Even though sleeping is the most natural thing in the world, our mind and our bodies can become conditioned to not sleep by poor bedtime habits and sleeping patterns.
