How much is a Cognitive Hypnotherapy Session
My sessions with you are £50 and last for an 1 hour except in the 1st session that is 1 and half hours which means, you get the first half hour free.
How Cognitive Hypnotherapy Sessions Give Value
The techniques I use are fast and effective, so you’ll probably only need 3 to 6 session which also gives good value for money. If for any reason I don’t think I can help or you don’t think I can help you then I will not charge for the session, so you have nothing to lose but possibly a whole lot more to gain.
Terms and Conditions of Cognitive Hypnotherapy Sessions
The cost of the session will be £50 per hour.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will cause the client to be liable for the full cost of the session.
Clients have access to the complaints and discipline procedures of the National Council for Hypnotherapy at any time.
Confidentiality will be maintained in all but the most exceptional circumstances. These can only include: legal action (criminal or civil court cases where a court order is made demand- ing disclosure – includes coroners courts) and where there is good cause to believe that not to disclose would cause danger of serious harm to others.
Most standards of confidentiality applied in professional contexts are based on the Common Law concept of confidentiality where the duty to keep confidence is measured against the concept of “greater” good. The sharing of anonymous case histories with supervisors and peer-support groups is not a breach of professional confidentiality.
The sharing of open case histories with supervisors and any referring NHS medical practitioner is also not a breach.
Notes of the sessions will be kept and are available to the client with reasonable notice.
Our Time Together
I use a combination of many techniques including Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Cognitive hypnotherapy to help you make the changes you want. I will put together a bespoke treatment plan for you and I don’t use ready made scripts or one size fits all techniques as I believe everyone is different and that tailored treatments work best for you. During your session I’ll induce a light trance that will help you look at your world differently, you will be in control all times and afterwards it will usually leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated with a sense of inner calm.

Testimonials
Sports Performance
I found myself unable to switch off in between shots on the golf course which was hindering my scoring and thus making me frustrated.
I booked an appointment with Lenny, who came to my house, and underwent an hour long session that gave me both confidence and a much needed sense of calmness. The hypnotherapy that Lenny used gave me a basis to not only focus on the moment, but also to switch between concentration and “switching off”. I have since noticed both increased levels of concentration for longer periods and also an ability to put bad shots behind me.

Fear of Public Speaking
After plucking up the courage to make the step to contact Lenny for help on my fear of public speaking, I told him how I was very sceptical about the whole thing, about what he could do to help. In fact, after the first session I felt empowered. I still get the nerves before speaking in public, but the sessions with Lenny have allowed me to control and manage them, to express myself as I know how.
In other words, Lenny’s help has allowed me to help myself, and that’s the best treatment out there. I now put my nerves into a rational context which has given me the ability to expand this new found confidence into other areas of my life. Everything is interlinked. And to think, I once thought I couldnt do it, know i dont even think about it, I just do it.
